NEW Entry and Payment Conditions
“Miniature and Smalls” Entry Day is on Saturday August 29. If possible, we request that Entry Forms be sent via Email and Entry Fees be via Direct Deposit to the QAS Bank Account. If you need to enter and pay on the day, we request that you seal your form and cash in an envelope with your name clearly printed on the front.
Staged Entry Intake on Saturday 29th August
We are having a ‘staged entry process’ so we are not crowded. This follows the guidelines and will be easier for everyone.
Using your surname/family name please come only in the time slot below (if this creates great difficulties, please phone Rosanna 0418 863 428).
TIMES: Surnames and time-
10.00 – 10.30 am A-E
10.30 – 11.00 F-J
11.00 – 11.30 K-O
11.30 – 12.00 P-T
12.00 – 12.30 U-Z
If entering online: just a Drop and Go with your artworks. Please remember to label them.
If paying on the day: YOUR named and sealed envelope with Entry form and cash.
